MEDICAL INSURANCE
MEDICAL CANNABIS
Qualifying patients are certified for medical cannabis through the Minnesota Department of Health Cannabis Registry. Green Goods is a local dispensary that provides medical cannabis to certified patients. On the Iron Range, products can be found at Leaf Line Labs.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation that includes a medical history review, physical examination, and discussion of your pain symptoms and previous treatments.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Referral is necessary to be seen in our clinic. Referrals can be from multiple sources such as a primary care provider, specialist, or chiropractor.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT
Bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and be prepared to discuss your pain history and previous treatments.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Please contact our office as soon as possible at 218-728-8548 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to charge.
DO YOU OFFER TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENTS?
At this time our clinic does not offer telemedicine appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent matters related to your pain management, contact our office immediately.
