For over 20 years, North Shore Anesthesia and Wolverine Anesthesia provided services for patients of Dr. Hal Heyer. Looking to retire, Dr. Heyer connected with Twin Ports native, Dr. Christopher Davies, to take over the practice.

After completing a world-class medical education at Washington University in St. Louis and Duke University in North Carolina, Dr. Davies returned to his hometown to transform pain treatment in the Twin Ports.

Adding new and emerging pain management therapies, Dr. Davies launched the Pain Clinic of Lake Superior. The team provides trusted interventions and treatments for chronic and acute pain, as well as the most innovative therapies known to modern medicine. This gives patients a personalized plan of care aimed at improving their quality of life.
